Lucie Heligar Svobodová

Lucie Heligar Svobodová has extensive experience in industrial management combined with financial asset management. For many years she worked in automotive industry concerns, in consulting for industrial companies. She was responsible, for example, for new technology start-ups, international production transfers, logistics processes, financial results and meeting customer needs. In her professional consulting life, she has implemented many process optimizations as well as the construction of technologies for newly established halls. In 2008, her career transitioned to the financial sector where she worked for several years for CMSS and then Swiss Life Select. Since 2014 she has been fully dedicated to consulting and guiding companies towards Operation Excellence. She is also involved in educational development, thesis and dissertation consulting, commercial training and coaching.
