Martin Valach studied information systems and economics. He started as an IT technician. At a young age he led the computer company AproHW from the position of CEO. He has been a trainer of special business and management skills for many years. He founded and developed large training departments in the British insurance company Commercial Union and in the Czech Insurance Company. In these companies he managed sales and marketing. At UK CU, he managed the brand launch and subsequent rebranding with all its implications. He substantially increased the sales and management teams of these companies, was responsible for the preparation of cross-selling strains and its subsequent successful implementation. He founded the consulting company AVA, which became a part of the German holding AWD, where he took over the management of the business, the commercial entry of the brand into the market and the complex creation of the team, especially in the Czech Republic, as well as its establishment in Slovakia. As CEO of AWD, he implemented the entry of the strategic investor Swiss Life, was responsible for the rebranding and full integration into the structures of the Swiss investment leader. He was a founding partner of several companies. Part of them existed through the successful sale of his holdings. He is a supporter of the international sculpture festival Scultpture Line, Safety Line as well as ArtLines, a company with broad activities in the field of art and art investment. He is an extraordinary speaker and mentor to prominent executives and business owners.
