Petr Jakubec

Petr Jakubec  graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. Since the beginning of his professional career he has worked in major international law firms as an associate, attorney and partner. He focused mainly on real estate and development law, commercial and corporate law, litigation and out-of-court dispute resolution. He specializes in trust and family foundation issues. In 2014, he became one of the co-founders of the Association for the Promotion and Development of Trust Funds (APRSF), of which he is a long-standing chairman. As a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), he is a member of the international STEP organization and co-founder of its Czech and Slovak Republics Chapter.
